QuestionCove reserves the right to judge and penalize any and all users, and moderate their content on QuestionCove at our own discretion. Such action can be taken at any time, and for any reason or no reason, without notice to you.
Your conduct on QuestionCove is to be civilized and the content of your communication with other users is to be likewise. QuestionCove is a site based upon helping users and not bringing them down. Any users found to be using vulgar language, engaging in harassment of any sort, bullying or abusing, will be judged and penalized, disregarding their status and rank. Everyone is to accept and follow these terms and conditions. No one is exempt from them.

To protect your QuestionCove account, do not share the password to your account with anyone. You will be held responsible for any actions taken by your account.
Furthermore, by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that QuestionCove cannot and will not be liable, under any circumstance, including but not limited to any loss or damage incurred on QuestionCove. QuestionCove does not control the Content posted and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
When using the QuestionCove site, you are formally aware and in agreement to our Anti-Cheating Policy. The contents of this Policy outlines that you will not use QuestionCove and any of it's services as a source to cheat on any Tests, Quizzes,or Exams. Our Anti-Cheating Policy asks that you respect the process of another person's educational learning as well as your own. Remember that Tests, Quizzes, and Exams are designed to "test" your knowledge. Using external resources on a Test, Quiz, or Exam instead of your own resources is cheating yourself by showing that you know certain knowledge, when in reality, you do not.
If you are found posting any content from Tests, Quizzes, or Exams of your own accord on QuestionCove, this is essentially considered your own will to cheat. If you help another user with Tests, Quizzes, Exams or any other school materials that are in violation with our Anti-Cheating Policy, you are then held liable for helping them cheat.
Including content from Tests, Quizzes, and Exams-QuestionCove does not allow users to post school material in which the use of external resources is not allowed, by the school. For example, QuestionCove would be happy to assist you in filling out a study guide in which external resources are allowed. However, we cannot assist you with homework that is to be completed without the use of external resources.
