Again, you start with the number 3. Then you multiply by 4: 3 * 4. Then you add 6: 3 * 4 + 6. Then you divide it by 2: (3 * 4 + 6) / 2. Then you subtract 3: (3 * 4 + 6) / 2 - 3.
