What kind of line is y=3? You need to understand this first....?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
This is a horizontal line! (sketch it if not sure) A line perpendicular to this would be a vertical line...and this vertical line must go through the point (4-2). The equation for a vertical line is always x= "something" and so in this case x=4!
