may i know what is your current position then only i can give some tips to improve your math knowledge.

The best way to get better for any math is to learn the theory, and then when you understand it, PRACTICE. Make games out of it! If you know all the theory, you can still get stuck in computations and certain ways to manipulate the problem. Practice really helps you show off what you know.

and by theory I mean how it works, and what it's doing. You don't need to know the proofs unless you're doing senior (in college) level or graduate level mathematics.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Practice all exercises once you know how to do it, time your speed. This is how most Asian countries trained their students.
