solve 2/5x-3/2x=3/4x+3

I assume you mean (2/5)x - (3/2)x = (3/4)x + 3. There's a simple trick to make this easy. Find the common denominator for the fractions -- in this case, the common denominator for 5, 2, and 4 is 20. Multiply each term of the equation (there are 4 terms in this example) by 20. When you reduce the fractions that result, you will get all whole numbers! Then the equation should be easy for you.
