y=196x-379,400 can somebody help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know this problem

OpenStudy (heisenberg):

this isn't really a problem in itself. It is an equation for a line. It can be graphed and there you can see that there are infinite solutions. It is just a function. Pass it an x value and it returns a y value.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

specify problem clearly...........

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says Substitute each x value from the table into the equation y=196x-379,400

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and determine the corresponding y value

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All you need to do is put given x values into the equation - the corresponding y values will be \[196 \times (given-x-value) - 379400\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that supposed to say given x-values from table.
