i need step by step help
Multiply 1-3x by 4 first: 4 - 4 * 3x + 7x = 9
4 - 12x + 7x = 9
Move 4 to the right: -12x + 7x = 9 - 4
Multiply everything by -1: 12x - 7x = 4 - 9
