I'm am having trouble setting it up and finding what the radius would be since a part of the graph goes below the x-axis.

Half your limits and double the integral....=D

twice the integral from 0 to Pi is equal to a single integral from 0 to 2Pi if it is a solid of revolution, due to symmetry...=D
