Question

I had to creat a real world problem giving the reader of the problem the slope and a given point so they can write an equation. I need to put the slope which is 1/3 into this problem but I am not sure how. The problem i came up with is.. Fishermen in the Finger Lakes Region have been recording the dead fish they encounter while fishing in the region. The Department of Environmental Conservation monitors the pollution index for the Finger Lakes Region. The model for the number of fish deaths 2 for a given pollution index 3 .... can you help me...
