If you are in a mall and there is a sculpture starting with one cube on top, the 2nd level has 8 cubes, the third level has 27 cubes, fourth level has 64 cubes. how many does level 6 have? Please explain the answer. Thank you so much!

Do you see a pattern in the following numbers (think multiplying or powers) 1 and 1 2 and 8 3 and 27 4 and 64? if you do, then you will know how many cubes level 6 has.
