Firstly you can take out an x as it's common to all, so you have, x(x^2+5x+6) now you have to factor the quadratic (x^2+5x+6) which is as you should know (x+3)(x+2) so x^3+5x^2+6x can be fully factorised as; x(x+2)(x+3)
