I need to know how to graph a line with the slope of 1/2 and y intercept of 0

start at the origin (0, 0), then count up one space, and to the right two. again, up one space, and to the right two. Connect the dots with a line (arrows on both ends)

Can you explain how you figure out the second point? rise/run the up one space and to the right???

yes, rise over run, so rise up one space, then run over two, THAT is where you put the second point. Then rise up one again, over two again, THAT is where you put the third point.
