the first day, there's a six outof 7 chance of rain. that's a.

the second day, we assume it rained the first day, and so then there's a 5/6 chance it will rain again. we multply those probabilities.

the third day we assume the first two happened. so there's a 4/5 chance it will rain again, and we multiply them all. that's c.
