Converting decimal into fraction is easy... an example 2.99 when change to decimal become 299/100 another example 1.9 when change to decimal will become 19/10 converting decimal to fraction is just like moving the decimal place to the right acording to how many place you have to move. when you moving the decimal place to the right by one time, example 1.9 will become 19 and we will divide 19 with 10 and become 19/10 therefore, 1.9 = 19/10 when you moving the decimal place to the right by two time, example 2.99 will become 299 and we will divide 299 with 100 and become 299/100 therefore 2.99 = 299/100
