i know area of polar is 1/2 integral r^2 dtheta. i know how to prove this using sectors of circlel. But how would you prove it with triangles? when i try to, i get 1/2 integral r dtheta

i forgt to multiply r to dtheta to find opposite side, i just did dtheta.
