In 45-45-90 triangles, the sides are x,x, and \[x \sqrt{2}\] In 30-60-90 triangles, the sides are x,2x, and \[x \sqrt{3}\]

You know where they are b/c the smallest side (x) is always opposite the smallest angle (30 or 45 degrees).
