can anyone tell me if this problem is correct the fraction is messing with me a little 2/3t - 1 = 5 2/3t - 1 + 1 = 5 + 1 2/3t = 6 (2/3t) / (2/3) = 6 / (2/3) t=(6/1) * (3/2) t= 9 t = 9

if the initial equation is \[\frac{2}{3}t-1=5\] then yes, you are correct.
