What does a second order partial derivative (with respect to X and Y) mean graphically?

when you take derivative respect to x, y is treated like a constant

but i want the second order derivative. meaning i first take the derivative of the function with respect to X (y is constant) and then take the derivative with respect to Y (x is constant)
