well 17294(mod19) has a remainder of 4 so 17294(mod19)=4... and 29172(mod19) has a remainder of 7 so 29172(mod19)=7... So your new equation is... 7w+4 if you (mod19) the original. w I'm assuming is a free variable not a constant. So if you (mod19) you original equation im pretty sure it doesn't actually equal 6.... but instead depends on your w.
