Does anyone know how to deal wit conjested lungs? cuz i cant stop playing sports and thats what makes it worse but if a stop id go crazy i like hav adhd.... so yah does any one wat i should do?

have you seen a Dr. about it?  I used to have activity induced athsma, but an inhaler fixed that problem (i.e. albuterol)

oh no i havent seen one yet but i hav gone to tae kwon do wit a REALLY bad siknes in my lungs so mabye vasilen might help
