\[x < 4,5\] (divided by 2)

\[2x>-2\]
\[x >-1\] (divided by 2)

If you have to graph these equations, I guess you have had an other equation and its graph in which you will have to mark the domain in which this rules... (so the domain, x<4.5 (left from x=4.5) and the domain right from x=-1 (right from x=-1), which is -in fact- the domain in between -1 and 4,5)
