Hello?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well the answer to the problem that Ibelieve you asked(as interpreted with a yes to the question I asked you above) is as follows: (81/4 + 242/4) as the numberator (which is the value at the top of the fraction.) I saw that it was easier and better to have the value 121/2 changed to have the same denominator(which we need in order to add the values) instead of changing 81/4 into 40.5/2 (which is the same value in the sum) so continuing: 81/4 + 242/4 is 323/4 Then you have to divide that by 3 (note: I am following the order of operations, which you have to do in any problem) which gives under the multiplication property 969/4 because 323/4/3 is just like saying 323/4 all divide by 3, that goes to 323/4 times 3/1. Then you could simplify 969 by dividing the fraction by four at the numerator and the denominator. You could use any common factor to reduce the fraction. Then you have your answer. If it isn't like this then you just have to follow the order of operations after you have the denominators the same value.
