(4a-a^2-3)/(ac+a-c-a^2)
how do you simplify this? :/

rearrange (-a^2+4a-3)/ (-a^2 +a +ac -c)= -(a^2 -4a+3)/[ -a(a -1) +c(a-1)]
=> -[(a -1)(a-4)]/ [(a-1)(-a+c)]
cross out (a-1)-> -(a-4)/(c-a)

cross out (a-1)-> -(a-3)/(c-a )= -a +3/ c-a
