time = 3 hours
so, speed (s)= 315/3=105

but given that speed of marie (m) is 15mph greater than the speed of lucy (l)
$$m=l+15$$
Total speed 
$$s=l+m=2l+15=105 \Rightarrow l=45$$
so,
$$m=l+15=60$$
