arccos (3/7) implies that B = arccos(3/7). If we take the cosine of both sides, then cos B = 3/7. We can draw a right triangle with an angle B... the adjacent side will be 3 and the hypotenuse will be 7. We can use the pythagorean theorem a^2 + b^2 = c^2 to find the length of the opposite side. 3^2 + b^2 = 7^2. b = 2sqrt(10). Then, find the sin B = 2sqrt(10)/7.
