center is (0,0) and radius is 7

can you teach me how you got that though???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

standard equation of a circle is (x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2 (a,b) is the center of the circle which is 0 for your case and r is found by sqrting 49
