what are the concepts of expansion and factorisation of algebra?

They seem to be two sides of the same coin. Expansion means you take a factored form and write it as a sum of terms. And factorisation is when you take a number of terms and write them as a product.

expansion: (x+y)(x+y)= x^2 +2xy + y^2
factoring: x^2 +x -6= (x+3)(x-2)
