hi, i need a python script or documentation on how to make a script open a persons outlook and be able to write large amounts of emaisl to a specific operson and attache a file and send the emails

Using such a crude method (open outlook) isn't going to get you anywhere. Look up "sendmail" and the "smtp" protocol.

Also, be sure that mass emailing is painfully easy to counter and especially to find out who started it.
