P(6) = 90(1+1.5*6)/(1+.5*6) = 225

Ok, sure. Since x = the number of months, and you are finding the total number of fish after 6 months, then you plug in 6 for x. So refer to my previous answer starting with P(6) for the mathematical method. Did you need something more specific? I typed (90*(1+1.5*6))/(1+.5*6) into my calculator to account for order of operations.
