How would you integrate x over (1+x^2)^4 dx? my teacher gave us notes but they aren't helping and I am stuck

OpenStudy (anonymous):

note that (1+x^2)^4 = [(1+x^2)^2]^2 evaluate (1+x^2)^2, will yield 1+(2*x^2)+(x^4) then calculate (1+2*x^2+x^4)^2 which equal to (1+x^2)^2 after that u can integrate it as usual.
