does anyone know how to do the (3rd root of -27)^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do you work it out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well -3*-3*-3 is -27, so that is the 3rd root of -27 and then you square that so.... -3*-3 is 9. :)
