find the slope of the line passing through the points (7,4), (-3,-5) show work

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The slope of a line is the difference in y coordinates divided by the difference in x coordinates. (7-(-3)) / ( 4 - (-5)) which is equal to 10 / 9.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Don't make the mistake i just made.... it should be 4 - (-5) / 7 - (-3) which is equal to 9 / 10

OpenStudy (vijay):

4y+x+11=0

OpenStudy (vijay):

OpenStudy (vijay):
