how do you graph the polar equation r=5cos3x

polar equation are another way to graph an equation but instead of looking at a flat plane, you are staring at it from the top of a sphere. Your plots are the result of a radius and an angle. To plot your equation, when the angle of rotation is equal to cos(3x) then the radius is equal to 5cos(3x). and at the end of it you put your point. But I dont know it you are asking how to convert polar to euclidean
