when graph intercept with y-axis, the x coordinate must be zero.
so u put in x=0 into the graph equation such that:

5(0)-3y=15 -> -3y=15 -> y=-15/3=-5

do the same thing to find the point of interception with x-axis but for this, u let y=0.
