Find the equation of the circle x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F=0 that passes through the points: (2,0)(-1,-3)(5,-3)

You need to substitute these points into your equation to obtain three different equations. You'll then have three linear equations in three unknowns which can be solved exactly.\[(2)^2+(0)^2+D(2)+E(0)+F=0\rightarrow 4 +2D+F=0\]and repeat for the other two points. You then use linear algebra to solve for D, E and F.
