I am building a coral and i have a fifty foot circle, but boards do not curve. how many boards do I need to complete the circle?

how long are the boards?  how much area do you want to enclose?

it will be like an octagon shape kinda I guess the boards are ten foot long and i need to enclose fifty feet diameter

If its octagon shape, then you need 8 boards :)  And depending on how tall you want it and how far apart to space the boards will determine how many you need total....
