solve the DE using the exact method: dy/dx=-[(y^3+4e^xy)/(2e^x+3y^2)]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know how to do the exact mthod just looking for help getting them equal to work

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you mean getting them equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in the form of Mdx + Ndy =0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Move everything to left hand side by multiplying and then adding so the RHS is equal to 0. Then multiply each term by dx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply each term by dx?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, you have to pretend dy/dx is a fraction and multiple each term by dx so you get dy on one term and dx on the other

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cant i do cross multiplication with the original equation?
