Simplify the complex fractions by any method.....-2/ab^2 /5/a can someone please show me how to do this problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, simply multiply the upper parts together and divide the product with the product of the middle parts : you'll have this :\[-2a/5ab^2\] then cancel the a's and you will end up with : \[-2/5b^2\]

OpenStudy (amistre64):

is the equation: (-2/ab^2) / (5/a) ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I guess so. That's how I looked at it.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (amistre64):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
