time = distance / rate (divide both sides by rate)

Highway 4 and Route 6 is 47 miles long (distance) and the rate is (55 mph) so the time it would take is 47/55 = .854 of an hour

County Line is 30 miles long (distance) and the rate is (30 mph) so the time it would take is 30/30 = 1 hour..

Highway 4 and Route 6 would be faster
