I got something that was approximately 8 for the first one. let me know if this make sense to you. Okay the area of a circle is=pi*r^2 so since we are looking at this on little sector. Couldn't we say the area of this sector is (85 degrees/360 degrees)*pi*r^2=47.5 now we can solve for r giving us approximately 8.0023
It seems like it should be right to me, but your problem didn't say to round so maybe so maybe its not right
