if your given a multiple choice question, then just check the answers to the problem, a. (3t+2)(3t+2) to check this answer, multiply the 3t by 2, being the first 3t and the last 2, which equals 6t, then you do the same with the first 2 and the last 3t, which also equals 6t, since they are both positive, you add them, which equals 12t, which is the middle number in the equation your trying to answer, does that make sense?
