since lithe means thin, supple, and graceful, you could use it to describe a ballerina, or something else that you associate with those words. "The ballerina was lithe and fluid in her movements, captivating the audience through her dancing."
ponder means to think hard about. Bobby's mother told him that he should go to his room and ponder the choices he made and what he should do next time.
