how do you find a measure of the arc or angle in a cirlce?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

an arc is measured in radians. the entire "arc" of a circle is (angle in radians) times (radius); and it is the same for any angle. just remember that the angle of an entire circle is 2pi; and the distance of its "arc" is 2pi(r) substitute any radian measurement and multiply it by the radius to get the length of an arc.
