Integration by parts my friend; let u = T and v' = e^(-10T). Keep the 200 as a constant out in front and proceed. ;D

There's a cool trick for figuring out what factor to make your "u" term - LIPET. Logarithms, Inverse Trig, Polynomial, Exponential, Trig. Whichever comes first in the LIPET order, you choose. :)
