Based on these two data points, create a linear equation for the function that describes how P varies as a function of time. Use this function to predict the percentage recycled in 2001.

ok for the solution: assume the linear equation has the form \[P = a\cdot t + b\], then insert those two data-points and solve for a and b. But you should limit the range of t onto the interval from 1978 to 2049
