What is like the procedure to do if u r trying to find the missing # for a mean

add them all up and divide them by the total amount of mean number.. for e.g if the total of the numbers is 200 and the total of the means is 5 , the missing mean would be 40

I know that but im looking for if i had like 5 # but i did not know one of them and i was trying to find oit what that missing number was

i thiink thats how to go at, depends too what type of mean your looking at, variables, calculas has missing number problem to I think, sory ifit did help much

missing # = mean*n-(sum of rest of #)
