i need help!

OpenStudy (xkehaulanix):

The volume of the rectangular prism is 8x14x50=5600 cubic feet. The volume of a cylinder is usually pi x (r^2)h, but since it is only half of a cylinder, you divide it by two. \[ \pi \times7^{2} \times 50 \div 2= 3848.45\] Add the two together to get the volume: 3848.45 + 5600 = 9448.5 And...uh...that's not one of the choices...

If use 3.14 for pi it will gives 9446.5 (B)
