A circle of radius 7 is centered at the point (-8, 9). Find a formula for f(q), the y-coordinate of the point P in the figure below (where q denotes the angle in the figure).

ok so first off we can write the equation of the circle as following radius = 7 so (x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2 so (x+8)^2 + (y-9)^2 = 49 in other words at (-8,9) the radius is 0. now i don't know what you are asking but i am sure you can use the equation i gave above to further analyze your question for yourself
