log6 (3 sqrt x/36y^4)? Help!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

log division is simply subtration... log6(3sqrt(x)/36y^4) log6(3sqrt(x)) - log6(36^4) multiplication is addition in logs: log6(3) + log6(sqrt(x)) - log6(36) + log6(y^4) logs with exponents in then can be brought out and multiplied... log6(3) + (1/2)log6)(x) - log6(36) + 4 log6(y) thats all I can do for you on that :)
