Mary is three years older than her twin brothers. Next year, the sum of the ages of the three will be exactly 102. How old are they now? NOTE: Please could you post the solution along with a "show work" thing, so i can do it by myself next time. Thanks

Twin brothers are the same age so they equal 2 x. Mary is three years older than them now so her age is x+3. Next year all three of them will be 1 year older so that is +3 (+1 for each of them). So you would set this up 2x+(x+3)+3=102. By solving x you find out how old the twin brothers are.
